Thomas O’Brien

Thomas O'Brien is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in economic development and advisory roles. Currently serving as Director and Senior Adviser at The World Bank since September 1994, O'Brien has previously held key positions, including Chief Executive of The Mersey Partnership from August 2001 to August 2005, where leadership was provided to promote Liverpool's economic growth. O'Brien's prior experience includes roles as Principal Consultant at KPMG, Economic Advisor at HM Treasury, and Senior Economist at the Department for Education.
