Lionel Hersan

Lionel Hersan has extensive experience in various roles related to sports, education, and community engagement. Currently serving as the Coordinator of Nautical Station at Paris Est Marne&Bois since March 2015, Lionel facilitates cooperation among nautical activity operators to enhance economic and tourism development in the Vallée de la Marne. Concurrently, as the Director of Sports, Associative Life, and Citizenship at Mairie de Nogent Sur Marne since October 2009, responsibilities include defining departmental projects, managing a team of 47, overseeing maintenance of 14 public establishments, and coordinating sports and cultural events. Lionel also contributes to the INSEP as an external trainer since September 2006 and has served as a pedagogical adviser specializing in physical education for the French national education system. Additional academic roles and educational qualifications bolster a strong background in modern literature and pedagogical methods.
