Julie Dugan

Julie Dugan currently serves as the Director of Custom Programs at the IAU Institute for American Universities since April 2023, after previously holding the position of Assistant Director of Custom Programs. Prior experience includes a series of roles at San Diego State University from January 2020 to April 2023, including Program Development Specialist, Global Education Advisor, and International Programs Coordinator. Prior to that, Julie worked at Tufts University from January 2016 to December 2019, fulfilling roles as Program Manager and Program Coordinator within the Tufts Global Education and Programs Abroad offices. Other experience includes positions at SENA as an English Instructor, Go Educational Tours as Operations Coordinator and Tour Leader, AuPairWorld as an English Teacher and Au Pair, and Six10 Marketing as a Marketing Event Coordinator. Julie Dugan holds a Master of Arts in Diversity and Inclusion Leadership from Tufts University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, along with a study abroad experience in Spanish Language and Latin American Literature at Universidad de Belgrano.
