Kristina Johnson

Kristina Johnson has extensive experience in human resources across multiple organizations, currently serving as the i4cp Chief HR Officer Board and formerly as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Amplitude. Additional roles include serving on the Board of Directors at Pie Insurance, and holding various leadership positions at Okta, Inc., such as Chief People Officer, Head of People, and Director of People Operations. Earlier in their career, Kristina was the Director of International Human Resources at EnerNOC. Kristina Johnson holds a B.A. in English from California State University - East Bay, completing studies in 2003.
