Sebastian della Cava

Sebastian della Cava is an incoming Associate Consultant Intern at Bain & Company, starting in September 2024. Currently serving as the Director of Client Relations at the Institute For Student Business Education (ISBE), Sebastian leads outreach efforts for Northwestern University's largest consulting club, focusing on relationship cultivation and business growth. Previous experience includes a Sales Strategy and Analysis internship at United Airlines, where a frontline sales tool was designed to enhance efficiency, and a Co-Director position at The Garage at Northwestern University, managing the EPIC Launch Program. Additionally, Sebastian interned at Uber, leading a project to improve financial reporting, and at Great Wolf Lodge, where strategies to enhance customer conversion were developed. Sebastian is pursuing a degree in Economics at Northwestern University, expected to graduate in 2026.
