The Board of Directors at the Institute of Community Services is responsible for providing strategic guidance, governance, and oversight to ensure the organization fulfills its mission of delivering high-quality, comprehensive services to preschool children and their families in need. They work closely with the Executive Director and other key stakeholders to set policies, approve budgets, and monitor organizational performance.
