Reginald Fils

Reginald Fils currently serves as a Member of the Board of Advisors for the Institute of Contemporary Art Boston, focusing on education and marketing initiatives, and as a Member of the Membership Committee at Soho House & Co. Since September 2021, Reginald holds the position of Senior Brand Manager for Braun within the Procter & Gamble Grooming division, managing a $70 million business, after previously serving as Senior Brand Manager for Olay in the P&G Beauty division. Reginald's earlier experiences include internships at the Suffolk County District Attorney's Office in the Homicide Unit, PwC, the Obama Foundation as a Peer Advisor, and the Office of Massachusetts Governor Charlie Baker in Constituent Services. Reginald Fils completed a Marketing major with an International Relations minor at Bentley University and participated in the MIT Launch Program at the MIT Sloan School of Management, alongside studies at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore.
