Terry McWade

Terry McWade is a seasoned executive and board member with extensive experience in the healthcare and biotechnology sectors. Currently, Terry serves as a Council Member at the Institute of Directors in Ireland and a Board Member at the Health Research Board since May 2021. Additionally, Terry holds board positions at Our Lady's Hospice & Care Services and previously served as a Board Director for the NTPF and Chief Executive Officer of the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland. A co-founder and former Chairman and CEO of ValitaCell, Terry contributed to developing analytical solutions for the biopharmaceutical industry. With educational qualifications including an MBA from INSEAD and an MSc in Healthcare Ethics and Law from NUI, Terry also has credentials in corporate governance and medical training from reputable institutions.
