Diane Radley

Diane Radley is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple sectors. Currently serving as Non Executive Director at Investec, Globeleq, Redefine Properties, and Transaction Capital Limited, Diane also holds the position of Chairman at Efficient Group (Pty) Ltd. Additional roles include Independent Trustee at DG Murray Trust and membership at the Institute of Directors in Southern Africa. Diane's previous experience features a tenure as Non Executive Director at Base Resources and Network International, along with a prior role at Murray & Roberts. Academically, Diane has a strong background with qualifications including a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Commerce Honours from Rhodes University and the University of South Africa, respectively, alongside a Master of Business Administration from the University of the Witwatersrand and an AMP from Harvard Business School. Diane is a qualified Chartered Accountant from the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants.
