Jabulisile Gumbi

Jabulisile Gumbi currently serves as a member of the Institute of Directors South Africa and as an advocate with The Johannesburg Society of Advocates. Gumbi's extensive experience includes a significant tenure at Eskom, where roles included Governance and Compliance Manager, Senior Advisor Contracts, Divisional Compliance Officer, Pricing Specialist, and Pricing Advisor from January 2002 to March 2020. In these roles, Gumbi focused on compliance strategies, contract drafting, pricing approvals, and embedding compliance management within the organization. Gumbi holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of South Africa, a Post Graduate Diploma in Compliance Management from the University of Johannesburg, a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Law from the University of South Africa, and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Marketing from the Central University of Technology.
