Leadership Team

The Leadership Team at Instruction Partners is responsible for developing and guiding the strategic vision and operational framework to ensure high-quality learning experiences for all students. They drive organizational strategy, oversee program execution, foster financial and operational health, champion equity and antiracism, and nurture a positive internal culture. Their collective expertise ensures that teachers receive the necessary support to effectively teach diverse student populations, including those of color, those experiencing poverty, multilingual learners, and students with disabilities.
