Jennifer Schafer

Jennifer Schafer has over 15 years of experience in the education field. From 2007 to 2013, they worked as an Elementary School Teacher at Orange County Public Schools. Jennifer then transitioned to the role of Instructional Coach from 2013 to 2014, followed by a position as a Senior Administrator from 2014 to 2016. Jennifer's most recent role at Orange County Public Schools was School Principal, which they held from 2016 to 2023. Currently, they are employed as a School Leadership Coach at Instructional Empowerment.

Jennifer Schafer completed their Bachelor of Science in Public Administration from George Mason University from 1994 to 1998. Later on, they pursued a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Florida State University, which they finished from 2011 to 2013.
