Lapetra Jones

LaPetra Jones, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Total Rewards at Instrument since July 2022, bringing extensive experience in human resources and benefits management. Prior roles include Payroll and Benefits Manager at Merlin Entertainments, Human Resources Director of Total Rewards at Jackson Hewitt Tax Service Inc., and various HR positions at Micross Components, Foundation Partners Group, Kony, Inc., and Orange County Public Schools. LaPetra began a professional career in finance as a Finance Specialist with the US Army. LaPetra holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management and Services and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business/Management from the University of Phoenix.
