Lauren Deal

Lauren Deal is an experienced Senior Producer currently working at Instrument since October 2021, where responsibilities include spearheading annuity partnerships and overseeing diverse storytelling projects including marketing campaigns and digital products. Previously, Lauren held the position of Senior Producer at SuperFriendly, earning an industry award for leading a successful tech editorial website overhaul. Additional experience includes progression to Senior Audit Project Manager at Health Partners Plans and roles in compliance and investigation within the healthcare sector and juvenile justice system. Lauren holds a Master of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership from Wilmington University, a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from Rocky Mountain College of Art and Design, and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Virginia State University.
