Ben Grimes

Ben Grimes is a seasoned professional in sales and engineering, currently serving as a Sales Engineer at Instrumentation Resources since January 2025. Prior experience includes a role as Application and Technical Sales at Youngblood Automation from February 2023 to January 2025, and as a Controls Engineer at Cincinnati Test Systems from January 2021 to January 2023, where responsibilities involved the design, programming, and debugging of custom testing equipment. Ben also worked as a Bartender at The Pony OTR from March 2019 to October 2022, and completed an Electrical Engineering Co-op at Genesis Engineering from August 2017 to March 2019, contributing to product development and conducting experiments for client solutions. Ben holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Cincinnati, earned in 2021.
