Richard Knight

Richard Knight possesses extensive experience in total rewards and compensation, currently serving as VP of Total Rewards at Insulet Corporation. Previously, Richard held the position of SVP of Compensation and Benefits at Galaxy Entertainment Group and was Head of Performance and Reward at Cathay Pacific Airways. Additionally, Richard has experience as CEO of Empowered by Benefits and as Global Head of Executive Compensation at Novartis. Richard's educational background includes a Master of Arts in European Business and a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Geography, both from Ulster University.
