Vlad Radulescu

Vlad Radulescu is an experienced professional in the field of reward management and executive compensation, currently serving as the Director of Executive Compensation and Share Incentives at Flutter Entertainment Plc since July 2022. In this role, Vlad also acts as Head of Reward during a maternity cover. Prior to this, Vlad held significant positions such as Global Head of Reward at Aggreko and Senior Reward Manager. Previous roles include Manager and Specialist in Corporate Performance & Reward at Colt Technology Services, Reward, Recognition & Reporting Specialist at SABMiller, and Payroll Coordinator at Inditex. Vlad began a career in taxation as a Tax Consultant at PwC. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Audit and a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Banking.
