Laisha McDaniel

Laisha McDaniel, MPM, currently serves as the Senior Director of Product Management at IAA, where expertise in leading cross-functional teams to align products with business objectives and customer needs is demonstrated. Additionally, Laisha McDaniel is an Adjunct Professor at Northeastern Illinois University, delivering engaging lectures in Project Management while fostering student learning. Prior roles include Head of Product Management at Rockfon North America, where strategic product development initiatives were driven, and Senior Product Manager at Atkore International, among other positions in the product management field. Laisha McDaniel holds a Master of Project Management and a Master's in Human Resources Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Corporate Communications from Northern Illinois University.
