IT and Technology

The IT and Technology team at the Insurance Bureau of Canada is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the technological infrastructure essential to supporting the organization's operations. They manage IT services, provide technical support, develop and implement technology strategies, and oversee data architecture to improve efficiency and security. Additionally, they ensure seamless integration and functionality of the Health Claims for Auto Insurance (HCAI) system.
