Karan Juneja

Karan Juneja is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in service delivery and systems management. Currently serving as the Service Delivery Unit Manager Technology at Intact since February 2023, Karan also holds the position of Manager IS End User Services at SMART Technologies. Throughout a career that includes roles at FGL Sports Ltd, Calgary Co-op, and IBM, Karan has demonstrated expertise in overseeing IT operations, developing strategies to enhance organizational infrastructure, and implementing governance programs. Karan's strong analytical skills are complemented by a background in finance (PGDBA from Symbiosis International University) and mathematics (BA from Delhi University).
