Dimitri Folio

Dimitri Folio is an experienced continuous improvement engineer currently working at In'Tech Medical since October 2019. Prior to this role, Dimitri served as a Lean Engineering Assistant at Spécitubes, where responsibilities included SMED analysis, defining and implementing piece-by-piece flow tests in production, creating Value Stream Maps (VSM), and reducing micro-stops on bottleneck processes by 8% using problem-solving methods such as Trystorming and DMAIC. Dimitri also gained experience at Nestlé Purina Petcare, where roles included interim positions and supporting the automation of staff schedules and the implementation of SMED methods. The educational background features a degree from L'École d'Ingénieurs du Littoral-Côte-d'Opale and studies in technology and industrial sciences at La prépa TSI in La Réunion.
