Raja Waran

Raja Waran, MAI, CRE, showcases extensive experience in real estate and asset management, currently serving as Senior Managing Director at Integra Realty Resources in Philadelphia since March 2021. Previous roles include Vice President of Asset Management at TD, Senior Consultant at FTI Consulting Real Estate and Infrastructure Solutions, and Associate/Consultant at American Appraisal, among others. Raja's educational background includes an MBA in Finance from Villanova University and a Master's in City and Regional Planning from Rutgers University, complemented by a BA in Urban Studies/Planning and Public Policy from the same institution. Additionally, Raja is a Designated Member of the Appraisal Institute, having completed coursework towards certified general real estate appraiser licensing.
