Shawn Krumpe

Shawn Krumpe is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in property appraisal and mortgage loan origination. Currently serving as a Certified General Appraiser at Integra Realty Resources since November 2017, Shawn previously worked as a Mortgage Loan Originator at Asset Financial Center from June 2009 to December 2017, assisting clients with various loan options and home purchasing processes. Shawn's career began in mortgage lending as an Account Executive at Countrywide Home Loans, where notable achievements included four awards for loan volume performance. Additional experience includes roles as a Commercial Appraiser Trainee at Landmark Realty Analysts and a Research Analyst at Seevers Jordan Ziegenmeyer, which later became a franchise of Integra Realty Resources. Shawn holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business from California State University-Sacramento, achieved in 2005.
