Stephen Crosson

Stephen Crosson, MAI, SRA, is a seasoned real estate valuation professional with over 40 years of experience. Currently serving as the National Practice Leader for the Litigation Practice Group at Integra Realty Resources since September 2018, Crosson has significant expertise in complex properties and valuation-related issues. Prior experience includes Principal at Capright, where specialization in methodology and expert witness testimony was developed, and Member at Crosson Analytics, LLC, where thousands of property valuations were completed across multiple states and Puerto Rico. Crosson also held the positions of Chairman & CEO at Crosson Dannis Inc and Vice President of Appraisal Administration at Oak Cliff Savings/First Texas Financial Corporation. Educational credentials include a pursuit of an MBA in Real Estate from Southern Methodist University's Cox School of Business and a Bachelor's Degree in Banking and Finance from the University of North Texas.
