Scott A. Howard

Following a 30 year career on Wall Street, Mr. Howard, an Independent Strategic Financial Advisor, assists with Integrated’s corporate investment strategies and oversees all strategic and financial opportunities, including, but not limited to all Mergers & Acquisitions. Mr. Howard’s main role is to advise Integrated on how to achieve their financial goals and implement long and short-term financial plans.

As a strategic financial advisor and board member, Mr. Howard reviews all opportunities to expand services through the use of efficient technologies, thereby increasing profitability, diversifying the brand and safeguarding their market position. Scott’s seasoned financial experience and in-depth understanding of the market, helps Integrated through complex negotiations as well as structuring the details and terms of a potential deal.

Mr. Howard focuses on specific transactions and market sectors, and works closely with other related professionals such as PR consultants, bankers, lawyers and forensic CPA’s. As lead strategist, Mr. Howard functions as a liaison during all phases of a deal in order to obtain relevant specialist information and market intelligence.
