Christianna Wood

Christianna Wood joined the Integrity Insurance Company Board of Directors in 2017 and serves on the Audit, Capital and Finance, and Investment Committees. Christianna is a past chair of the Investment Committee and has served on the Corporate Governance Committee. She most recently served as chairperson of the board of governors of the International Corporate Governance Network. Previously, she was the CEO of Capital Z Asset Management and the senior investment officer for the Global Equity Unit of the California Public Employees’ Retirement System (CalPERS). Christianna is on the board of directors of H&R Block, Delaware Funds, and the Merger Fund. She also serves as a Harvard Advanced Leadership Fellow.
