Jim Benson

James (Jim) Benson joined the Integrity Insurance Company Board of Directors in 2021 and serves on the Audit and Investment Committees. Jim is a 30+ year technology industry veteran with deep financial, operational, capital markets, corporate governance, and risk management expertise as a public company CFO. He also has extensive experience with the strategic and operational challenges of leading a global company. He most recently served as Executive Vice President and CFO of Akamai Technologies (NASDAQ: AKAM) from 2012 until his retirement in 2020. Before joining Akamai, he spent over 20 years at Hewlett-Packard (HP) in a number of senior executive roles, including CFO for HP’s $14 billion America’s Technology Solutions Group. He also serves on the board of Temenos AG (SIX: TMSNY), a leading global software provider of banking solutions, and Xplor Technologies, a global provider of software, payments, and commerce-enabling technologies. He holds a BS in Finance from Bentley College and an MBA from Clark University.
