Michael D. Fraizer

Michael D. Fraizer joined the Integrity Insurance Company Board of Directors in 2017. Michael currently chairs the Investment Committee and serves on the Audit, Capital and Finance, and Executive Committees. Before joining the Integrity board, he held several senior positions with General Electric and GE Capital, before serving as chairman and CEO of Genworth Financial Inc. Michael is a senior advisor of Blue Heron Capital and serves as a director on the MUAH / MUB bank and holding company boards. Michael is President of Sports Reality Performance Training and serves on several community services and nonprofit boards, such as Richmond Performing Arts Center and the Mary and Frances Youth Center.
