Kendra Karczewski

Kendra Karczewski currently serves as the Regional Director of Channel Sales at IntelePeer, a position held since June 2024. Kendra has extensive experience in the technology and financial sectors, previously holding roles such as Senior Vice President of Advisory Services at Stratosphere Networks, LLC, and Enterprise Technology Advisor at Converged Communication Systems since 2015. Kendra's involvement in the Midwest Contact Center Association as a board member dates back to December 2019. Prior experience includes positions at Avaya as a Territory Account Manager and at State Farm as an Insurance Agent and Bank Specialist. Kendra's career began at Wells Fargo Bank as a Personal Banker and included an executive assistant role at Lakes Community Land Trust, focusing on affordable housing. Kendra earned a Bachelor’s degree in International Affairs from the University of Colorado Boulder between 2003 and 2007.
