Steven Frias

Steven Frias is an experienced professional with a robust background in operational readiness, training, and technical implementation. Currently serving as the Operational Readiness & Training Lead at INTELITY since August 2019, Steven drives high adoption rates for both staff and guests during product rollouts. Prior roles at INTELITY include Implementation Engineer, where responsibilities included configuration and testing of system integrations. Before INTELITY, Steven worked as an Implementation Project Manager at KEYPR, managing multiple domestic and international projects, and as a Client Support Agent, achieving a 95% client resolution satisfaction rate. Earlier experience also includes managing partnerships at RECOVERY ARTISTS ACTORS AND ATHLETES AGAINST DRUNK DRIVING and serving as a Technical Specialist at Apple. Steven holds a degree in Global & International Studies from UC Santa Barbara.
