Feidhlim O'Neill

Feidhlim O'Neill is an experienced professional in patent engineering and monetization, currently serving as the Director and Head of Engineering at Intellectual Ventures since September 2017. In this role, Feidhlim directs all patent engineering functions, developing business strategies to maximize monetization opportunities. Previously, Feidhlim held the position of Engineering Manager, leading a multinational team focused on semiconductor technology patent monetization. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Licensing Engineer at Invention Investment Ireland and as a Senior Patent Analyst at IPNav, specializing in optical/photonics and wireless networking technologies. Feidhlim holds a PhD in Engineering from University College Dublin, a BSc with 1st Class Honors in Physics and Chemistry from Trinity College Dublin, and has completed Applied Science in Physics and Chemistry at Technological University Dublin, alongside a Management Bootcamp from the Irish Management Institute.
