Alessandro Gui is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT program and project management, organizational analysis, and digital strategy. Currently serving as a Partner at Intellera Consulting since August 2021, Alessandro previously held the position of Director at PwC from February 2008 to July 2021, focusing on change management, HR, talent management, and public procurement. Prior experience includes a role as an Organizational and Process Analyst at Engineering Ingegneria Informatica SPA and as an Analyst at Andersen Consulting, where Alessandro contributed to IT strategy, feasibility analysis, and IT service governance.
