Harold Vickers

Harold Vickers is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in infrastructure, operations, and application support. Currently serving as the Director of IT Infrastructure and Operations at IntelliTrans since September 2017, Harold leads efforts to define and achieve strategic IT objectives while managing migrations to AWS. Previous roles include IT Manager Systems Engineering at Verizon Wireless, where Harold focused on employee retention and global resource management, and Client Services Manager at Clear2Pay, emphasizing customer relations and process improvement. Additionally, Harold has modernized IT service management at Dovetail Systems and enhanced team productivity at Novartis through effective management of critical IT environments. Harold holds an MS in Computer Science and an MBA in Management of Technology with a concentration in Finance from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
