Position Overview:

We are looking for a Visual Designer to join our team and play a pivotal role in creating visually appealing and effective designs across various mediums, with a primary focus on InDesign, Photoshop, and PowerPoint/ Keynote. This role requires a keen eye for detail, creativity, and a strong understanding of design principles. The ideal candidate will be adept at translating concepts into compelling visual assets, ensuring brand consistency, and enhancing overall communication strategies internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop visually engaging materials for various channels including printable, web, presentation decks, and proposals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives and translate them into compelling designs.
• Create logos and patterns for different tools we need for the project's visuals.
• Ensure brand consistency across all design assets.
• Create and design engaging and informative presentations.
• Work with stakeholders to develop the content and structure of presentations.
• Use visuals, data, and storytelling to effectively communicate key messages.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest presentation design trends and technologies.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed within specified timelines.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to gather requirements, provide design expertise, and iterate on designs as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ Years of Proven experience in visual design, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft PowerPoint.
