Muriel Rubin

Muriel Rubin, SPHR, CBP, has extensive expertise in total rewards and compensation management, currently serving as the Director of Total Rewards at Intelsat since September 2011. Prior to this role, Muriel held the position of Senior Director of Compensation and HR at Sunrise Senior Living from February 2009 to April 2011 and served as the Senior Director of Compensation, HRIS, and Performance Management at Host Hotels & Resorts, Inc. from 2005 to 2008. Muriel began a career at KPMG as a Manager in the Tax - Executive Compensation & Benefits Practice from 2002 to 2004. Muriel holds a Master’s degree in Management from the University of New Orleans and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and French from the University at Albany.
