Aruan Correa da Gloria

Aruan Correa Da Gloria has extensive experience in the cement industry, currently serving as Coordenador Coprocessamento at InterCement since May 2012, where responsibilities include managing the operation of alternative fuel coprocessing, reducing costs, and overseeing the coprocessing team. Previous roles at InterCement include Especialista de Produção and various positions as Operador Painel Central, with expertise in production monitoring, process improvement, and operational management. Prior to InterCement, Aruan worked as an Operador de Produção at CIMPOR, focusing on equipment monitoring and adherence to quality and safety standards. Aruan holds a Master's degree in Strategic Business Management from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and a Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering from Univesp, along with several technical diplomas in Chemistry and Mechanical Technology.
