Levina Kleijwegt-Zoetekouw

Levina Kleijwegt-Zoetekouw is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Directeur HR at Intergamma since October 2023. Previously held the position of Chief HR Officer at IJsvogel Retail from September 2014 to October 2023, where responsibilities included the design and implementation of HR strategy for a diverse organization of 1,900 employees across various locations. Prior to that, Levina worked at Unibail-Rodamco as HR Director & Group C&B, overseeing compensation and benefits across Europe. Earlier roles included HR Director Europe at GE Equipment Services/Penske Logistics and HR Manager for Kvaerner in the Benelux and Germany. Levina's academic background includes advanced studies in Happiness Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam and a PHR in Human Resources Management from Rice University.
