Randy Bauer

Randy Bauer is an experienced project manager with a career spanning several organizations and roles. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Interior Health Authority since November 2020, Randy has previously held project management positions at Bitcrazy Consulting, KalTire, and other notable companies. At KalTire, Randy successfully managed software development and implementations for POS applications and tire management systems while overseeing infrastructure upgrades and compliance audits. Prior to this, Randy worked as a Senior Project Manager at Bitcrazy Consulting, leading various healthcare-related projects, including privacy and security programs and administrative database solutions. Randy's early career includes roles at Electronic Arts, HSBC, and several other firms, contributing to areas such as business analytics and service management. Randy holds education from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, where foundational skills in technology and project management were developed.
