Max Traughber-Crismon

Max Traughber-Crismon is an experienced education professional and consultant with a diverse background. Currently serving as a Substitute Teacher for Vancouver Public Schools and Woodland School District, Max also holds the position of Board Vice President for Future of Code, contributing in a non-paid capacity. Previous roles include Senior Recruiter at Astra, where recruitment for senior and executive positions was a primary responsibility, and Founder/Owner of TC Anchor Consulting, specializing in career education and motivational speaking. Max’s educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Social Science from Washington State University and ongoing studies towards a Master's degree in Business Administration from Western Governors University.
