Renee Charette

Renee Charette is a seasoned recruiting professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and educational consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Recruiter at PeopleScout since November 2021, Renee has collaborated with organizations such as T-Mobile and Success Academies. Previously, as the Recruiting Director for the Massachusetts Agency at American National from 2010 to February 2022, Renee led recruitment efforts in a dynamic environment. Additional expertise includes working as an Educational Consultant at Pearson Education and as a School Consultant with Co-nect Schools Inc., covering multiple states. Renee holds a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction with a focus on Early Childhood and Stress Management, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and Teaching from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
