Stephanie Gendron

Stephanie Gendron, MPPA, currently serves as a Social Scientist at the Internal Revenue Service since July 2023. With experience in various roles, including Election Worker for the City of Easthampton, Massachusetts, since September 2020, and a Teaching Assistant at the University of Massachusetts Amherst from September 2022 to July 2023, Stephanie has a diverse background in public policy and administration. Previous roles include a Graduate Assistant for Student Conduct and Community Standards at the Federal Transit Administration, where research and policy meeting documentation were primary responsibilities. Additionally, Stephanie held positions at American Honda Finance Corporation, advancing from a Customer Service Representative to a Senior Customer Service Representative, leading a team and managing compliance requests. Stephanie's educational background includes a Master's degree in Public Policy and Administration and dual Bachelor's degrees in Economics and Sociology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
