Fabiana França Pinto

Fabiana França Pinto serves as the Privacy and Data Protection Risk Lead at BRK Ambiental since April 2021 and is an active member of the IAPP Women Leading Privacy Section since May 2023. Involvement with ANADD and OAB SP includes participation in various committees focused on privacy, data protection, and compliance. Prior experience includes roles as Legal Manager and Data Protection Officer at Leão Alimentos e Bebidas, Senior Lawyer specializing in Environmental Law at AidarSBZ Advogados, and teaching responsibilities at Senac São Paulo. Fabiana holds multiple advanced degrees, including an MBA in Artificial Intelligence and Big Data from USP, and has completed various specialization courses in compliance, data privacy, and environmental law.
