Smiriti Srivastava

Near Earth Objects Committee Member at International Astronautical Federation

Smiriti Srivastava is a Research Fellow at INAF - Istituto Nazionale di Astrofisica since August 2021, with a strong background in aerospace engineering and space missions. Currently serving as a member of the Near Earth Objects and Space Traffic Management Committees for the International Astronautical Federation, Smiriti also co-leads a project group focused on Near Earth Objects at the Space Generation Advisory Council. Previous experiences include an internship at Nanyang Technological University, a research role at ETH Zurich, and leadership in NASA's International Space Station project through Astropreneurs Hub. Smiriti's academic credentials include a Master II Livello in Space Missions Science from Alma Mater Studiorum, and a Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the Technical University of Munich and Nanyang Technological University.
