Amin Amini

Amin Amini is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Director of Continuous Improvement at IAC Group since January 2022. Previously, Amin held positions at Magna International as an Engineering Manager and Advanced Manufacturing Engineer, overseeing project management and manufacturing process improvements. With a strong background in managing engineering teams and large project budgets exceeding $20M, Amin has consistently delivered cost reductions and enhanced operational efficiency. Amin's experience also includes a role as a Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor at Co-Ex-Tec and as a Project Supervisor at S2S Rapid Renovation. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (Mechatronics) from Ontario Tech University and a degree in Aviation Operation from Seneca Polytechnic.
