Bruno Espanguer Alves

Bruno Espanguer Alves is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in HRIS leadership, project management, and change management across multiple multinational organizations. Currently serving as Global HRIS Leader and Europe C&B Leader at IAC Group since June 2024, Bruno previously held positions at Richemont as Senior Human Resources Project Manager and at ZF Group as Manager HR Shared Service Center Rollout and Steering. Notable achievements include leading the global implementation of Workday at WABCO, managing HRIS integration across 40 countries, and driving process improvements in HR operations. Bruno holds a degree in Economics from Universidade de São Paulo, a Post Graduate degree in Business Management and Strategy from Universidade Estadual de Campinas, and a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Turku School of Economics.
