Guy Harles

Guy Harles is a distinguished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate and M&A law. As the Founding Partner and Chairman of Arendt & Medernach, Guy has established a significant presence in the legal sector. In addition, Guy serves as the Co-Chair of the Corporate and M&A Law Committee of the International Bar Association and holds a position on the Board of Directors for Lex Mundi. As the President of EuroArbitrage and former Chair of the Luxembourg Bar Council, Guy has played a pivotal role in legal governance and arbitration. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in law and a DESS in banking and finance from Université Robert Schuman (Strasbourg III), completed between 1974 and 1979.
