Bedrettin Gürcan

Bedrettin Gürcan, LLM, MA, PhDc, is a prominent legal expert and entrepreneur, currently serving as the Founding Partner of Gurcan Partners, an innovative international law and consulting firm established in January 2018. Gürcan also founded the Blockchain Law Lab, which focuses on providing legal solutions for blockchain technology. Additionally, Gürcan is a shareholder at Gurcan Invest, an advocate for easier investment in Europe, and holds memberships in prominent organizations such as the International Chamber of Commerce, American Chamber of Commerce in Hungary, and the British Chamber of Commerce in Hungary. With a commitment to technology in law, Gürcan founded Hukuk Deposu, the first AI law chatbot in Turkey. Educational achievements include a PhD in Law from the University of Szeged and multiple master’s degrees from Istanbul University and Budapest Business University.
