Kristin Green

Kristin Green is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience at Microsoft since September 2005, currently serving as Assistant General Counsel. In this role, Kristin leads a team that supports the consumer marketing of key Microsoft products, including Windows, Edge, Bing, and Microsoft 365. Previous positions at Microsoft include Senior Corporate Counsel, where Kristin advised on worldwide consumer marketing for Microsoft 365 and Office, and roles focusing on advertising law, consumer protection, and intellectual property. Kristin also has experience as Chair of the Marketing & Advertising Commission at the International Chamber of Commerce. Prior to Microsoft, Kristin worked as an Associate Attorney at Mandell Law Group, addressing employment law and litigation matters. Educational credentials include a JD from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a BA in Speech Communication from the University of Washington.
