Uri Blau is the Director of Global Investigative Projects at Shomrim - The Center for Media and Democracy since March 2022, focusing on cross-border investigations and global platform cooperation. As a member of the International Consortium of Investigative Journalists since 2014, Uri has contributed to notable projects like the Panama Papers, which garnered a Pulitzer Prize. Previously, Uri served as the Director of the Global Anti-Corruption Consortium at the Organized Crime and Corruption Reporting Project from October 2021 to May 2022, and as an Investigative Journalist for Shomrim, notably working on the Pandora Papers. With extensive experience as an Investigative Journalist at Haaretz from 2005 to 2020 and a director of research at Videre Est Credere, Uri has a robust background in investigative reporting and research methodologies.
