Rita Chuang

Rita Chuang is a seasoned professional in quality assurance and IT program management with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as a Sr. QA Tester at International Consulting Group, Inc. since November 2024, Rita's previous roles include Customer Service Representative at TTEC and QA Analyst at Amyris. Rita's significant tenure at Cisco spanned from May 2007 to November 2020, where Rita held multiple positions, including Sr IT Program Manager for DevSecOps and UI/UX Design, as well as IT Service Manager for Quality Assurance. Rita established and enhanced QA standards for Cisco WebEx, leading a global team of over 60 engineers.
